The role requires a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license, at least 1 year of diesel mechanic experience, and a high school diploma or GED. A technical diploma is a plus and proficiency with diagnostic software helps.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a diesel mechanic.
• Education: High School diploma or GED; technical diploma preferred.
• Technical proficiency with diagnostic software and computer literacy.
• Safety: Ability to meet safety-sensitive requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment (diesel, CNG, gasoline, electric).
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure fleet reliability.
• Complete work orders, repair reports, and parts requests daily.
• Plan and schedule repairs using the M5 planner and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide operational support and follow company policies.
