Rush Truck Centres of Canada in Belleville, ON is seeking Licensed or Apprentice Diesel Mechanics Level 3/Technicians for the Belleville dealership at 77 Bellevue Drive. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Service Manager and focused on diagnosing problems and repairing trucks, buses, trailers and other equipment.

You will perform repairs, follow OHSA regulations, document work, attend training, and maintain a safe shop.

Qualifications

• Licensed 310T.
• Good communication skills and work attitude.
• Quality driven.
• SAP experience is an asset.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Criminal Record Check.
• AZ/DZ License is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of OHSA regulations and Health and Safety Policy.
• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders, observe and listen to diagnose malfunctions and plan procedures.
• Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
• Document work performed.
• Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
• Inspect safety devices and loose bolts; make adjustments as needed.
• Save and tag parts if under warranty.
• Attend training classes and stay updated with factory bulletins.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

We are looking for Licensed or Apprentice Diesel Mechanics Level 3/Techniciansfor our Bellevilledealership located at 77 Bellevue Drive, Belleville, ON K8N 4Z5. This is a full-time permanent position.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs to all types of trucks, buses, trailers, and other automotive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
• Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
• Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
• Document work performed.
• Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices on trucks and make adjustments as needed.
• Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty.
• Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties may be assigned
