Job summary

National Tank Services, part of the Trimac Family of Companies, is at the forefront of North America's truck maintenance and tank cleaning industry. We seek a motivated mechanic for preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers, with a strong safety mindset and commitment to quality.

You will work a full-time evening shift in a safety-first environment, with competitive pay up to $47.00 per hour and a range of benefits after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Licensed 310T Mechanic required.
• Two years verifiable mechanic experience.
• Red Seal is an asset.
• CVIP Certification is an asset.
• Ability to work on trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Inspect tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PMs and pumps.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Adhere to company maintenance procedures.

Pay Details

• Earn up to $47.00 per hour

Additional Perks

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on the truck, but must be open to work on trailers as well.
• Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
• Follow safety and use of proper PPE.
• Follow procedures.
