Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Full-Time Licensed 310T Automotive Technician to work at the Mississauga Service Centre. The technician will perform maintenance, brake work, tires, and stock prep per policy, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

The role offers pay of $36.00–$42.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits. Located at 400 Annagem Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5T 3A8, the service center supports Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

Qualifications

• Must have Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance meet manufacturer specifications.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with buy backs/turn backs as required.

Full-Time Licensed 310T Automotive Technician

to work out of our Mississauga Service Centre. The Automotive Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, new car stock prep, tire repair/replacement and perform brake work according to company policy and procedure. This position requires someone who will exercise excellent judgment and take initiative.

This is a full time position and will pay $36.00 - $42.00 / hour based on experience.

This position is located at our Service Center 400 Annagem Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5T 3A8.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications/ guidelines
• Perform Annual Truck Safeties
• Perform buy back/turn back service according to company procedures
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking
• May process new fleet, lube, oil change, filter and tire rotation, fuel reclamation or buy-backs
• Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have a current and valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must have Truck Automotive Service Technicians certificate (310T) Ontario.
• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
• Must have a clean mechanical record in Canada.
• Must be able to withstand moderate physical activity (i.e. lifting up to 30lbs, long periods of walking and standing)
• Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills.
• Must be available to work the following schedule:
