Job summary

All-Equip Repair & Service in Canada is seeking a 310T Apprentice to support the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs while learning from experienced technicians.

You’ll contribute to shop organization and take on duties as needed, gaining hands-on experience across diagnostics, repairs, electrical systems, and specialty equipment as you progress through the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Currently living in Canada.
• 310T Apprentice program.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Able to function in a physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work extra hours when required (customers depend on trucks being back on the road).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational abilities — prioritization, multitasking, timelines, and time management.
• Able to set personal timelines and self-manage work to stay on schedule.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE use.

The Opportunity

All‑Equip Repair & Service is a growing family‑run business that provides a positive work environment and the opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge within the industry. We are currently looking for a 310T Apprentice to join our team.

This role offers hands‑on experience across heavy trucks, trailers, and tractors, with mentorship from experienced technicians and exposure to a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Arrangement:

Full‑Time, Fully On‑site, Monday to Friday, day shift depending on production needs. This is hands‑on assembly work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation

This is an hourly position paying $24-$36/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available for those who want it.
