Job summary

Top Tier Talent Group is seeking a Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician for our Scarborough location. The role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Sat), 10.5-hour days, and a signing bonus of up to $5,000 along with annual tool and boot allowance.

You will join a dedicated service team ensuring vehicles meet safety and reliability standards. Training to develop Cummins and Hino certifications and Decisiv experience is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310T or 310S Technician License.
• Full G Class Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience inclusive of apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Adjusting/testing steering, electrical, cooling, lubricating, braking systems, drive trains, suspensions, power steering units, clutches, transmissions and oil, temperature.
• Diagnosing malfunctions and performing vehicle repairs.
• Diagnosing, testing and rebuilding engines and related components.
• Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work area.
• Attending manufacturer and dealer training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
• Diagnostic software knowledge and experience.
• Experience with computerized diagnostics and repairing electrical systems.
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years inclusive of apprenticeship.
