Job Summary

The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate diagnostic tools is required
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with welding is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive repair schematics and assembly processes is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Minimum 5 year experience

310S Technician License (required)
