Job summary

Rehoboth is seeking a Client Services Worker (CS Worker) to join the team. The role involves frontline client support, skill development facilitation, and teamwork under a supervisor in the Client Services department.

Hours are 40 per week with shifts 1600-2400 Monday to Friday, located in CP/South. A valid Class 5 driver license and access to public transportation are required; a police check is required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School).
• Proficient command/comprehension of the English language.
• Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of basic office applications.
• Emergency First Aid and CPR.
• Minimum three Open Futures Learning courses annually.

Responsibilities

Description:

The Client Services Worker reports to a Supervisor of Client Services. This person works primarily within a team setting, however, may also work independently within a program or through community access. This is a front-line position that has the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist clients to pursue and fulfilling their goals, objectives, and aspirations.

Minimum Qualifications:(CS Worker 1):
