Job summary

Cambridge Hyundai in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a 2nd-year Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, tire services, multi-point inspections, and assist with diagnostics under supervision.

A valid Ontario driver's license and safety-minded attitude are required. We offer competitive hourly wages ($22–$25), a full benefits package, and opportunities for hands-on training within the AutoCanada network.

Qualifications

• Experience with oil changes and tire services is an asset.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Shop/dealership experience is preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil & filter changes.
• Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and related services.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and present findings to Service Advisor.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance as directed.
• Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other components.
• Road test and test systems to diagnose faults.
