A leading food services company is seeking a 2nd Cook in Stewart, BC. The role involves preparing and presenting food for large groups, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of cooking experience, a valid Food Safety certification, and strong multitasking abilities. This position offers a rotation of 28 days in and 14 days out, with a wage of $23.00 per hour.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ cooking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
• Able to stand for long periods and work shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present a variety of food items.
• Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.
• Train, supervise and schedule staff.
