Placements24 is seeking a versatile Animator in Kimberley, Canada to bring characters and scenes to life across marketing, education, and interactive projects. You will craft engaging 2D and 3D animations, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver visually cohesive sequences.

The role requires strong timing, storytelling, and a solid portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles; proficiency with Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Maya, Blender, and 3ds Max is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Animator with a strong portfolio in 2D and 3D styles.
• Proficiency in 2D software (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony) and 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Solid understanding of character rigging and animation principles.
