Job summary

The Diabetic Eye Screening (DES) Programme is a national programme in the UK that checks the eyes of people with Diabetes to detect early changes, specifically Diabetic Retinopathy and prevent vision loss.

The Post holder is responsible for the delivery and ongoing development of the DES Programme, providing effective leadership and management of a comprehensive quality assured service.
