Job summary

Spectrum Society for Community Living is seeking a part-time caregiver to support a client in Vancouver (east side) during weekend and evening hours. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal prep, and maintaining a calm environment during anxiety episodes.

Training is provided. The role involves collaboration with family and the Kaleidoscope service team, with supervision by the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care routines.
• Ability to administer medications.
• Support with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Provide calming support when anxiety or OCD arises.
• Collaborate with family and care team.
• Participate in Special Olympics activities with client.
