The salary scale for Professional Support 2 is based on steps that range from $64,783.04 - $86,126.92. New Professional Support employees may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $75,439.19 annually.
This role may qualify for Hybrid Flex or Remote Flex work arrangements following demonstrated proficiency and successful progression in the position. NSCC's FlexWork Policy outlines specific parameters based on role requirements.

What you will be doing…
The Provincial Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the mental health and wellness of post-secondary students across Nova Scotia by coordinating activities under the HealthyMindsNS (HMNS) Campus Wellbeing Initiative, the objectives of which are to:
This initiative aligns with provincial priorities, the Okanagan Charter, and the National Standard for Mental Health and Well-Being for Post-Secondary Students.
The candidate will work closely with the provincial HMNS Committee, Department of Advanced Education, program leads from post-secondary institutions, and student organizations. The Provincial Coordinator will support the provincial team of student wellness champions across participating post-secondary institutions in Nova Scotia . Key responsibilities will include:
