Bell Business Markets (BBM) offers a two-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders in enterprise technology. You’ll experience strategy, delivery, and optimization of solutions that help enterprise clients achieve goals, across multiple disciplines.

Participating roles include product and project management, operations, marketing, pricing, and related business areas. The program emphasizes mentorship, executive exposure, and hands-on learning in a collaborative Bell environment.

What You'll Do

In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM), you'll contribute to the strategy, delivery, and optimization of solutions that help enterprise customers achieve their business goals. Through cross-functional rotations, you'll develop a broad understanding of Bell's products, services, customers, and business operations while building experience across multiple disciplines.

• Complete rotations across functions such as Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and related business areas.
• Support the development, launch, and optimization of enterprise products, services, and customer solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, business performance, and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and support key projects.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to product, project, and process delivery.
• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and industry experts across Bell.

Education & Eligibility

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Commerce, Business Administration, Business Technology Management or business-related field with no than three years delay between degrees.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

• Data literacy and experience working with complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Digital fluency and interest in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology trends.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and a growth mindset with a passion for innovation and improving customer experiences.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
