Job summary

Bell Canada is launching a two-year rotational program in Bell Business Markets (BBM) designed for graduates. You'll rotate across Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and related business areas to build a broad understanding of Bell's products, customers, and operations.

You'll analyze data, contribute to enterprise solutions, learn Agile practices, and develop leadership and communication skills in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Commerce, Business Administration, Business Technology Management or business-related field with no more than three years delay between degrees.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across functions such as Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and related business areas.
• Support the development, launch, and optimization of enterprise products, services, and customer solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Education & Eligibility
