Job summary

Bell invites students to join its Technology Internship program, offering hands-on experience across software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT architecture. You’ll work within diverse teams, contribute to AI-powered projects, and gain exposure to real-world systems.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a degree with a 2.8+ GPA, returning to school in Fall 2027, and able to work in a hybrid mode near Bell offices in the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal regions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field completed before the program start date.
• Planning to return to school in Fall 2027.
• Hybrid work in Greater Toronto & Greater Montreal areas near a Bell office, minimum 3 days/week.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications and AI-powered customer platforms.
• Explore large datasets to build predictive models and actionable business intelligence.
• Support cloud and network infrastructure and learn security-first principles within Agile teams.
• Contribute to code reviews and improvements in development workflows.

What You Can Expect To Learn And Do

As a Technology Intern, you will join one of our diverse technical teams where you will contribute to meaningful, forward-looking initiatives. While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join, you can generally expect to:

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications, internal tools, or new AI-powered customer platforms.
• Discover how to explore large, complex datasets to help build predictive models, optimize AI/ML algorithms, or generate actionable business intelligence.
• Get hands-on experience with cloud and network technologies by supporting teams that plan, deploy, and automate Bell's modern infrastructure.
• Learn security-first principles by helping our teams monitor systems, configure hardware/software, and support cybersecurity protocols.
• Work within Agile environments to brainstorm technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and streamline development workflows using modern tools.

Education & Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
• You are planning on returning back to school in the Fall of 2027. All candidates must be returning to their studies following the completion of the internship.
• You are aligned with working in a hybrid environment within the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal areas near a Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
• You maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher

• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Foundational exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) or tech concepts (data querying, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity) is considered an asset.
