Job summary

Bell is launching a 2027 Intern Program in Business Transformation. You will join a diverse team, contributing to meaningful projects and learning from mentors and senior leaders.

The role offers direct exposure to strategic initiatives and a chance to work across Finance, HR, and Business Analysis streams. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant degree, plan to return to school in Fall 2027, and can commute to a Bell office at least 3 days a week in the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Plan to return to school in Fall 2027.
• Hybrid work arrangement near Bell offices in the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal areas (minimum 3 days/week).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
• Support the development and launch of new products, services, and solutions for customers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline organizational workflows and improve process efficiencies.
• Assist with key business functions, including project coordination, performance reporting, or CRM support.
