Job summary

Bell Business Markets (BBM) offers a graduate/Internship program designed to rotate across AI/ML, Cloud, BI, software development, and product management to deliver enterprise technology solutions.

You will analyze data, support solution delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer value while embracing Agile practices. Hybrid work is available across major Canadian offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) or business-related field OR college diploma completed before program start date.
• Less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internships.

Education & Eligibility

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) or business-related field OR a college/CEGEP diploma or post-grad certificate completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before your application date.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

• Understanding of data technologies and analytics tools, including SQL, Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, Tableau, Python, or similar platforms.
• Foundational experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of AI/ML concepts, models, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development principles, programming, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
• Systems thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer and business outcomes.
