Job summary

The City of Dawson Creek is seeking a part-time Aquatics Lifeguard/Instructor I to guard swimmers and teach select aquatic programs at Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre in Dawson Creek, BC. This PPT-25 role requires NL Pool Option, Standard First Aid with CPR C/AED, Lifesaving Swim Instructor, and 528 hours of related experience.

Work hours are 25 per week, in-person, with a starting rate of $36.39 CAD per hour after probation. Applications should include copies of relevant certifications.

The City of Dawson Creek invites applications for a part-time Aquatics Lifeguard/Instructor I. This position performs lifeguarding functions and provides instruction in some aquatic programs and skills at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre as well as minor maintenance. The lifeguard/instructor I must have a minimum of one year experience in an aquatic environment.
