What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a finance analyst to join our Wealth Management team. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy. Strong communication skills, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

What will you do?

• Develop and test investment models to support new investment solutions
• Enhance portfolio risk monitoring practices and metrics
• Oversee business and product management of Portfolio Solutions across channels
• Participate in investment policy development for funds and segregated accounts
• Research and respond to customer inquiries
• Document processes and update manuals
• Support product initiatives with reports and projects
• Gather market intelligence and relevant articles
• Follow established policies for tax and account management
• Monitor team mailbox, respond to inquiries, and report statistics
• Compile data for reports

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and regulations
• Relationship management and time management skills
• Understanding of the economy and markets
• Interest in investment management
• Experience with client reporting and CRM
• Tax software skills (Taxprep is a plus)
