Job Description

Opportunity: RBC Wealth Management offers students hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. Administrative Assistants support Advisor teams to provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and preparing meetings for Advisors with clients/prospects.
  • Providing proactive client service, resolving issues, and liaising with departments for execution.
  • Responding to client inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, reports).
  • Assisting with client onboarding and account maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Supporting Wealth Management activities and maintaining audits.
  • Supporting projects, conducting research, and sharing information with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French (required).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset.

Eligibility: Must be returning to school after the work term or graduating immediately after, requiring the full work term for graduation.
