Job Summary

The Risk & Control Analyst will support the Global Risk & Control Governance (RC&G) team and collaborate with Business & Client Services (BCS) teams to execute the Risk & Control framework, ensuring risks are proactively identified, measured, monitored, and escalated appropriately.

What will you do?

• Support the BCS RC&G team and partner with BCS line managers to implement the Operations Risk & Control framework, ensuring proactive risk management.
• Conduct governance/reporting, automation activities, and assist management in enhancing the firm’s operational risk framework.
• Collaborate globally with the BCS RC&G team to manage risk oversight activities such as:
• Tracking and maintaining BCS mandatory absence requirements.
• Monitoring outstanding issues & actions (Op risk, Compliance, IAS) for timely resolution.
• Maintaining BCS Key Control Inventories.
• Supporting reporting, documentation, and content management improvements for BCS RC&G.
• Maintaining BCS RC&G SP & Connect site / Tableau Dashboard / ControlNet.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to review businesses, products, and identify key risks and control gaps.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Results-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Banking or Capital Markets Operations.
• Experience in Risk Management and/or Audit.
• Educational background in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Data Analytics experience.
