Job Summary
Business and Client Services (BCS) is a core operational component of Capital Markets supporting sales, trading, and client experience. We are seeking a highly organized Fall co-op/intern responsible for workflow management, providing professional and accurate service to clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing onboarding requests from clients and sales desks in North America (Canada/U.S)
  • Handling client lifecycle requests across functional teams to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintaining and updating onboarding status reports for stakeholders
  • Escalating operational control events and assisting with deficiencies
  • Ensuring compliance with onboarding policies and regulations
  • Supporting strategic or regulatory initiatives, projects, and documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes

Qualifications needed:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and document complex business requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Capital Markets products (FX, derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
  • Studying in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is preferred
