Parkland Co-op in Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan is hiring two part-time Deli Clerks to join our Food Store team.

You will provide friendly customer service, prepare and stock deli products, price items, monitor case temperatures and assist with displays and promotions.

Some heavy lifting is required and all safety training will be provided. This role offers a supportive team environment and straightforward schedules suitable for students or local residents.

What you’ll do:

• To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
• To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co‑operatives standards in courtesy and efficiency.
• Assistance in the planning and organization of merchandise displays for regular stock as well as for special sales and promotional events.
• To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
• To prepare, wrap, price and stock product as required.
• Maintain and display all types of deli products according to standards.
• Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperatures and clean equipment regularly.
• Complete customer special orders.
• Some heavy lifting is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complete safety training as required.
