Job summary
NPAworldwide in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer to support the Chief Engineer in operating and maintaining building systems.
This role requires the certification and experience described, with a focus on HVAC, boilers, turbines and related systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Excellent benefits package and stable position.
Salary is CAD 120,000 to CAD 145,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer certification required.
- 2 years' experience as 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer OR 5 years' experience as 2nd Class Operating/Power Engineer.

- Assist the Chief Engineer in operation, maintenance and repair of building systems equipment.
- Provide reliable utility support to industrial processes and facility requirements.
- Work with HVAC, boilers, chillers, steam turbines, engines, gas compression systems, air compressors and purified water systems.

- QUALIFICATIONS: 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer with 2 years' experience as a 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer OR a 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer with 5 years' experience as a 2nd Class Operating/Power Engineer.

- SUMMARY: This position is responsible to assist the Chief Engineer in the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems equipment and facilities to provide reliable utility support to all industrial processes and facility requirements. Equipment includes HVAC, boilers, chillers, steam turbines and engines, gas compression systems, air compressors and purified water systems, and associated mechanical and electrical systems in power generation.
- QUALIFICATIONS: 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer with 2 years' experience as a 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer OR a 1st Class Operating/Power Engineer with 5 years' experience as a 2nd Class Operating/Power Engineer.
