You will support daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-notch merchandising. This role calls for a collaborative mindset, strong communication, and a customer-first approach within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset.
• 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills.
• Proven skills in management, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Daily Responsibilities
