Maarut is seeking a Senior UX Designer to craft user-centered interfaces for web and mobile projects in Toronto, Ontario. You will lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity prototypes, iterating based on user testing and feedback.

This role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and QA to deliver intuitive experiences. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on design skills, experience running workshops, and a deep understanding of accessibility and information architecture,

Responsabilidades

• Design interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create effective, user friendly and visually appealinginterfaces.
  
• Design the overall functionality of the product in order toensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance withuser-testing.
  
• Design user interfaces for various projects such as digitaldisplays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
  
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test anditerate the designs.
  
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys,and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps,wireframes, mockups and prototypes

• Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on userinteraction and performance
