Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a strategic QA lead responsible for carrying the quality assurance practice across several ecosystems rather than testing one team. Design an end-to-end testing strategy, get it approved, and communicate it to the project leads so delivery teams apply it.

The role relies on influence to guide architects and teams, with a mandate for both integration testing and configuration testing. It anchors the strategy in tooling such as JIRA, XRAY, Cypress and Playwright, and values

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile projects and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proficiency in JIRA and XRAY
• Proficiency in Cypress and Playwright
• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

Job description

• The client is looking for someone who carries the qualityassurance practice across several ecosystems, rather than a resource assignedto testing for a single team.
  
• The role is strategic first: design an end-to-end testingstrategy, get it approved, then communicate it to the project leads of eachworkstream so delivery teams apply it.
  
• Leadership is exercised through influence, supportingarchitects and teams, in close collaboration with the other QA analysts.
  
• The mandate covers two distinct types of testing:integration testing, which requires understanding technical requirements, andconfiguration testing, which requires understanding business requirements,echoing the group insurance software packages listed as assets.
  
• The tools named as required (JIRA, XRAY, Cypress,Playwright) anchor the strategy in concrete tooling.
