Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a QA leader to own the quality strategy across multiple ecosystems. You will design, obtain approval for, and roll out an end-to-end testing framework, then align project leads and delivery teams to apply it effectively.

You will influence architects and teams in close collaboration with other QA analysts, focusing on integration and configuration testing to meet business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Agile project experience and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of JIRA and XRAY.
• Knowledge of Cypress and Playwright.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written). Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Job description

• The client is looking for someone who carries the quality assurance practice across several ecosystems, rather than a resource assigned to testing for a single team.
  
• The role is strategic first: design an end-to-end testing strategy, get it approved, then communicate it to the project leads of each workstream so delivery teams apply it.
  
• Leadership is exercised through influence, supporting architects and teams, in close collaboration with the other QA analysts.
  
• The mandate covers two distinct types of testing: integration testing, which requires understanding technical requirements, and configuration testing, which requires understanding business requirements, echoing the group insurance software packages listed as assets.
  
• The tools named as required (JIRA, XRAY, Cypress, Playwright) anchor the strategy in concrete tooling.
