A global research services company is looking for a Custom Recruitment Coordinator in São Paulo. This role involves creating custom recruitment plans for qualitative and quantitative projects, coordinating efforts across multiple projects, and utilizing various recruitment platforms. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, up to one year of market research experience, and exceptional communication skills. The position requires fluency in French and strong organizational abilities.

Role Mission: The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated Qualitative and Quantitative projects and executing the related Custom Recruitment tasks, ensuring their successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. The Custom Recruitment Assistant liaises with other stakeholders of projects to increase number of internal completes delivered and ensure panel growth.
Education and Training Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required. Minimum Experience: 0–1 year of market research experience.
