We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Senior Developer with a strong backend focus to join our production support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software, fixing bugs, and providing remote or on-site support to users. This role requires fluency in Spanish (primary) and intermediate English.

• Provide remote or on-site user support.
• Resolve incidents efficiently through ticket management.
• Develop software and fix bugs in existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve applications.

• Strong experience in Java EE development.
• Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with GIT and Maven.
• SQL expertise and database modeling skills.
• Experience with messaging systems or queue managers.
• Docker knowledge for containerization.

• Ability to handle on-call duties outside normal working hours when needed.
• Willingness to travel internationally if required by clients.

• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Strong self-management and proactive problem-solving.
• Eagerness for continuous learning and skill development.

A backend-oriented fullstack developer with a strong technical foundation, who can troubleshoot production issues, work collaboratively, and adapt to dynamic environments while supporting critical business operations.
