A leading technology company is seeking an AR/Billing Specialist to handle customer invoicing and participate in the Order-to-Cash cycle. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a billing role, preferably within a SaaS environment, and be proficient in ERP systems, particularly Netsuite. - Handle customer invoicing in the employer's ERP system
- Participate in the monthly Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely sales order processing
- Process internal requests for customer data changes and reconcile collections
- Align Accounts Receivable aging reports and resolve customer account discrepancies
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to improve data flows and processes
- 2+ years of experience in an AR/Billing role within a global high-tech company (SaaS experience is an advantage)
- Must have experience with an ERP environment; Netsuite experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Service-oriented approach with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage routine tasks and identify improvement opportunities
- Quick learner who can adapt in an ever-changing environment
