A global legal services firm is seeking a Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator for its international legal translations division. This entry-level, fully remote position focuses on document review and proofreading, ensuring quality in translated legal documents. The ideal candidate should have experience in proofreading, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working hours are flexible, with training hours from 4 PM to 12 AM EST and regular hours after training from 8 AM to 4 PM EST.
Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator LegalSight is an exciting legal services firm at the crossroads of global innovation. Our company provides intellectual property‑related legal technology and services for clients around the world. Our team specializes in products, software, and services to assist with patent and trademark application processes, including filing, renewals, and translations.
The Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator will work within our international legal translations division. This is an administrative, non‑technical position focused on document review and proofreading.
This is an entry‑level, fully remote role. Working hours during the training period will be Monday – Friday 4 : 00PM - 12 : 00AM Eastern Standard Time. After the completion of the training period, regular working hours will be Monday – Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM Eastern Standard Time.
