We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applied to real-world products.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python
- Architect and evolve AI-powered solutions, from experimentation to production
- Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to real-world use cases
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions, balancing experimentation with production readiness
- Stay current with advances in Generative AI and translate them into practical applications
- Build and integrate APIs and AI services into existing systems
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers when needed
- Advanced English (speaking)
- Strong experience with Python in production environments
- Solid experience developing backend services and APIs
- Hands‑on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Exposure to agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, or multi‑agent orchestration
- Awareness of monitoring AI systems, including evaluation and validation processes, as well as performance, accuracy, and cost monitoring
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
