Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistente de Loja Virtual to manage and support our online stores on platforms such as Shopee and Mercado Livre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual stores, optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. This remote role is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce and digital sales, looking to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings on Shopee and Mercado Livre platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, prices, and stock levels.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor daily sales performance, track orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns and special offers on virtual stores.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize listings and improve visibility on e-commerce platforms.

  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements in product offerings and service.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates.

  • Troubleshoot any issues related to product listings, payments, or customer complaints on the platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce stores, preferably on Shopee and Mercado Livre.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

  • Proficient with digital tools, online marketplaces, and inventory management software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales analytics is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, virtual store management, or customer service roles related to online retail.

  • Experience working remotely or in a digital-first environment is highly preferred.

Working Hours
  • This is a full-time remote position.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee and Mercado Livre.

  • Ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for remote collaboration and communication.

  • Adaptability to new technologies and platform updates.
