About the Role

Expatrio, an innovative Berlin-based company in Fintech and Edtech, is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager (Freelancer) – Brazil (f/m/x). In this role, you will expand our presence in Brazil by building strong partnerships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partner networks, including agents and universities in Brazil.
  • Strategically identify growth opportunities and implement market-specific strategies.
  • Support customers and partners, ensuring strong and productive relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, including outreach campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams, especially marketing, to enhance outreach.
  • Participate in educational fairs and events to promote our services and network with potential partners.
Your Profile
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in Education, Edtech, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong networking abilities, empathetic, and fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Independent work ethic with a proactive approach and drive for results.
