Who We're Looking ForYou're a visual storyteller who can transform raw footage into engaging YouTube content that drives views and leads for real estate clients. You understand how to create compelling video content with a particular focus on transforming property tours, market updates, and agent expertise into engaging content that builds authority.

• Precision and consistency - Exceptional attention to detail, development of efficient systems, and meticulous organization in your projects with a focus on technical excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Transform raw footage into engaging YouTube content that generates organic leads and builds authority
• Deliver 3-4 videos per week (12-16/month) per client with 48 to 72-hour turnaround
• Maintain consistent quality standards across all client videos
• Execute client-specific branding and style guidelines
• Collaborate with strategy team to optimize content performance
• Implement YouTube best practices for maximum retention
• Create both long-form videos and short-form content from the same footage
• Organize and maintain project files with meticulous attention to detail

What You'll Need:

• Portfolio demonstrating strong YouTube editing experience (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Strong storytelling abilities through editing
• Technical skills in color grading, audio mixing, and effects
• Understanding of YouTube platform and viewer retention strategies
• Efficient workflow management to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organization systems for managing multiple projects
• Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively
