Who We're Looking ForYou're a visual storyteller who can capture attention in a single image. We're looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands that thumbnails are marketing tools, not just pretty pictures. You have a talent for creating scroll-stopping thumbnails that drive video views and channel growth. You understand the YouTube ecosystem and how visual elements impact click-through rates.

What You'll Do:

• Create 10-20 scroll-stopping thumbnails weekly for real estate clients (40-80 per month)
• Research competitors to ensure our thumbnails stand out
• Develop and maintain client-specific visual branding systems
• Execute rapid design iterations based on performance data
• Collaborate with content team to align visuals with video content
• A/B test designs to optimize click-through rates
• Support client goals of 100-1000 subscriber growth per month
• Deliver consistently with a 24-48 hour turnaround time or at least 2-3 days BEFORE we post videos

What You'll Need:

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills (required)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and graphic design fundamentals
• Understanding of YouTube platform and viewer psychology
• Ability to research competitors and identify opportunities
• Eye for composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Quick turnaround capability with consistent quality
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
