Job summary

BairesDev is looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our remote team. This entry-level role lets you learn recruitment fundamentals while supporting experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.

You will post jobs, help source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and keep candidate records up to date. A strong interest in people and proactive attitude are essential; advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field or pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.
