We are currently seeking a Clinical Education Specialist (CES) to join our XP Women's Health team, focusing on Mammography systems and software.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with your passion for education, while helping healthcare providers deliver early detection and better outcomes for women across the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver on-site clinical training for Siemens MAMMOMAT systems, post-processing workstations, and associated software.
  • Prepare training materials and tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility and team.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer confidence and long-term success with the system.
  • Act as a clinical expert and ambassador for Siemens Healthineers, helping build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Complete documentation and reports in line with compliance and core processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Modality teams to promote knowledge sharing and team success.


What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of clinical experience in mammography
  • ARRT certification in Mammography (required)
  • Experience training others, or in a supervisory/leadership role (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism and customer focus
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively-up to 95% nationwide

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $86,700 - Max $130,000

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
