Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. About the role :

The Xiao Ting Restaurant Server providesexceptional quality and service to Xiao Ting Restaurant guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Xiao Ting Restaurant, reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
