BairesDev is seeking a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You’ll own features end to end, the API, the business logic, and the user interface.

You’ll balance backend and frontend work (roughly 70/30), write Python services, develop React + TypeScript components, and collaborate with a global Top 1% team. Remote work, competitive USD compensation, and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Fullstack Python + React Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You'll own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you're genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack.

What You'll Do:

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.

• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on LLM integration experience, such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or RAG.
