Qualificações

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to support the design, configuration, and implementation of wireless and LAN/WAN networking solutions in enterprise environments. This role includes diagnosing and troubleshooting wireless and data network issues, conducting RF site surveys, and producing detailed documentation such as system designs, migration plans, and test plans. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with enterprise wireless technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on project-based initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement wireless networking solutions to meet enterprise requirements
• Troubleshoot wireless and LAN/WAN network issues to ensure optimal performance and stability
• Conduct RF site surveys and spectrum analysis using tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or iBwave
• System Designs
• Network Diagrams
• Migration and Test Plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solutions
• Support presales efforts by assisting in the development of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical Statements of Work (SoWs)

Required Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless design, configuration, implementation, and testing
• Industry certifications such as:
• CWNA, CWNP
• CCNA (Wireless and/or Routing & Switching)
• ECSE Design and/or Advanced
• Aruba ACMA
• Experience performing RF site surveys and spectrum analysis
• Basic experience with wireless packet capture and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, Airpcap)

Preferred Qualifications:

• ECSE Design and/or Advanced certification
• Familiarity with Cisco and Meraki wireless products
• Cisco CCNA Wireless or Aruba ACMA certifications
• Advanced wireless certifications such as CWDP, CWAP
• Strong understanding of wireless authentication and security protocols, including 802.1x, EAP, and RADIUS
• Ability to create technical documentation including designs, diagrams, and test plans
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences
• Ability to translate complex networking concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

• Regular use of communication tools (phone, video conferencing)
