I’m supporting an automotive client on a major Windchill environment transformation, and we’re building a team of specialists across Solution Architecture, System Administration, Business Administration, and Windchill Development.

This is a high-impact, security-focused programme involving the cloning of a Windchill system from a commercial environment containing safety-critical design data into a CUI-compliant protected network. After the cloning, the team will be responsible for continuous, secure synchronization between both environments.

Project Highlights

• Stand up a Windchill landscape in a CUI-compliant infrastructure
• Define and implement synchronisation interfaces between commercial and protected networks
• Deliver the initial data migration, including CAD data
• Design landscapes, manage infrastructure, set up storage, and maintain secure clustered environments
• Ensure secure deployments, monitoring, and ongoing performance optimisation
• Support automation, testing, and the development of robust synch-tools

Open Roles Include

• Solution Architect (Tech Lead) – Driving solution definition, migration concepts, interface design, and overall architecture
• Windchill System Administrator – Managing infrastructure, vaults, deployments, patches, backups, clusters
• Windchill Business Administrator – Configuring ACLs, indexing, soft types, preferences, interfaces
• Windchill Developer / Code Deployment Specialist – Building and maintaining synchronisation tooling, deployments, automation, and security assessments
