The WHS EDSP Coordinator will be responsible for providing safety guidance to third-party sites (EDSPs), providing technical support to comply with local regulations, and performing safety audits to enhance safety culture within our partners. You will lead safety initiatives at EDSPs, participate in incident investigations, analyze safety metrics, create safety training, and collaborate with EDSP, ACES, and the Learning team.
You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the EDSP team in influencing safety standards at our partner sites. You will work to identify best practices and incorporate these methodologies into our standards to continuously improve the safety culture.
WHS EDSP Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English.
