This role aims to provide operational support for franchisee and multibrand operations for Central and South America, management and the KAM (Key Account Manager) team, providing visibility into sales information and ensuring the operation can achieve defined performance objectives.
Development of weekly and monthly reports for the IR channel (single-brand and multi-brand franchises for the region) focusing on sales updates, revenue targets, backorders, forecasts, sell-out, retail KPIs, and inventory management. Creation of ad-hoc analyses for multibrand and franchise channel management, tailored to the needs of the IR Commercial Management and Sales Directors, as well as the KAM team.
