Key Responsibilities

• Perform Welding and Structural Repairs
  • Carry out MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication repairs on ULDs and pallets.
  • Ensure all welding work meets OEM specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections of repaired components, ensuring durability and quality compliance.
• Maintain Compliance with Safety and Operational Standards
  • Follow approved welding procedures and safety protocols at all times.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of welding tools and equipment.
  • Identify and elevate any non-conforming materials or welding defects.
• Support Workshop and Production Targets
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Accurately document work orders, material usage and repair status.
  • Assist with other MRO activities, including general component repairs and maintenance.

The Small Print

This role requires working in a high-heat environment, operating welding equipment, and handling metal components. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Some weekend and evening shifts may be required based on MRO production schedules.
