Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns politely and professionally. Follow policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and shop customer orders promptly to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Operate checkout equipment and bag merchandise efficiently.
• Contact customers by phone for questions or concerns.
• Use console and picker devices to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensure accurate transactions, proper payment collection, and adherence to security and legal guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department according to schedules and guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors for smooth department and store operations.
• Utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required. Able to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
