As a Project Manager at InboundAV , you’ll take the lead on client projects and internal initiatives—guiding them from conception to successful delivery. You’ll manage timelines, resources, and communications while offering strategic insight to improve workflows and outcomes. If you’re an organized, proactive, and people-savvy project leader with a passion for digital marketing and process optimization, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Execution : Turn signed proposals and quotes into structured tasks and milestones within our project management tools.
  • Drive Project Success : Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, content, CRM) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate Clearly : Maintain strong communication with Account Managers and clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Run Effective Meetings : Conduct project status meetings and document progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Own the Tools : Ensure correct and consistent usage of project management systems and processes.
  • Share Knowledge : Lead cross-training sessions and help elevate the team’s overall project management capabilities.
  • Improve Internal Processes : Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including the integration of emerging technologies like AI.
  • Lead by Example : Set the tone for excellence in project documentation, communications, and collaboration.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing and / or web / software development projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing practices (Inbound Marketing, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized under pressure.
